胡明,女,1951.8 ,教授,博士生导师。IEEE会员,中国电子学会高级会员,中国真空学会高级会员,中国微米纳米技术学会会员,天津电子学会真空学会理事。天津大学微电子学与固体电子学国家重点学科领导组成员,天津大学电子信息工程学院学术委员会委员、学位委员会委员。
